1/10 Planned Workout

For our extracurricular workout on Tues., I propose the following patter that I stole and called research with permission from a really good friend of mine, Adam Santi:


He and I used this in my work up to last years IBJJF quite often.  I'm also planning to do a lot of video so we can break down out work afterward and tighten things up.  See you Tues.
